I love the WordPress community. I am deeply saddened by the actions of Matt Mullenweg and, as of October 2024, will no longer contribute my time to The Project as a volunteer.

Keynote Speaker: Chris Lema

We’re thrilled to announce Chris Lema is delivering this year’s keynote. If you’ve heard Chris speak before, you know you’re in for a treat and if you haven’t, then you can look forward to a treat!

Chris generously shares his experience and knowledge via his blog, chrislema.com, and at WordCamps and other conferences around the world. You’ll walk away from time with Chris Lema both inspired and encouraged.

Chris Lema is the CTO and Chief Strategist at Crowd Favorite. He’s also a daily blogger, a public speaker, and product strategist. He helps companies leverage WordPress, and helps WordPress companies find leverage.

iThemes to Sponsor Our After Party!

I’d like to give a huge thanks to returning sponsor, iThemes. Cory Miller and his team have been huge supporters of WCDFW since last year and have offered to sponsor our after party again this year!

If you’ve never been to a WordCamp (or been to a WordCamp, but skipped the after party), after parties are a fantastic way to continue the conversations from the day in a laid-back atmosphere. The after party takes place just an hour or so after WordCamp ends at a location near the WordCamp venue.

So, at this year’s after party when you’re enjoying a refreshing beverage and great conversations, it’ll be brought to you courtesy of iThemes.

Thank you Cory and your iThemes crew – we look forward to after partying with you again!
